Privacy Policy

Effective September 12, 2026

VeraStudio.ai is a consultancy operated by Matthew Belferman. This policy explains how VeraStudio.ai (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information collected through this website and related business inquiries. It does not govern the websites or products discussed in our published work.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, company, and the information you choose to share about your product, business needs, and potential engagement. The inquiry form also asks for company stage, areas of support, priorities, and preferred timing. Role, website, and budget details are optional. We retain correspondence relating to your inquiry.

Technical information. Our hosting and security providers process information about requests to the website, which may include IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referral information, timestamps, and security or delivery events.

Publication access requests. If you request a case study or report, we collect your name, work email, company, reason for requesting access, and the publication requested. These details are sent to Matthew for review and follow-up. Requesting access does not automatically grant it or subscribe you to marketing messages.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, assess potential engagements, prepare proposals, and maintain business correspondence. We use technical information to operate the website, deliver messages, investigate problems, and prevent spam, fraud, and other misuse. Information may also be used to meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. This website does not use advertising pixels or tools that track visitors across unrelated websites for marketing.

Service providers and disclosures

Cloudflare provides website hosting, request processing, security, and outbound email delivery. Inquiry messages are delivered to our business inbox and processed by our email provider. These providers receive information needed to perform their services.

We may disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of our services. If a business transaction requires a transfer of inquiry records, those records remain subject to applicable privacy obligations.

The website does not sell inquiry information or share it with advertising networks. External websites linked from this site operate under their own privacy policies.

Website security and tracking preferences

The inquiry form, publication access form, and access-code check use Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical signals, including IP address, browser characteristics, and the site associated with the request. Cloudflare also uses these signals to improve its bot-detection capabilities. Its processing is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

After a valid access code is entered, an essential cookie named vera_editorial remembers access to the case study and report for up to 24 hours. It contains a signed access token, not your form answers, and is not used for advertising. Clearing the cookie removes access from that browser. Code attempts and access requests are rate-limited to reduce abuse.

Security services may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary to protect the site. We do not use cookies for behavioral advertising. The site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Global Privacy Control does not change our practices because this site does not sell information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and protection

Inquiry records are held in business email correspondence. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, considering ongoing discussions, engagement records, legal requirements, and the resolution of disputes. Technical records are also subject to our service providers’ retention practices.

The website uses HTTPS and server-side submission verification. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Your choices and requests

You may browse without submitting an inquiry and choose not to provide optional information. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, or to ask us to stop following up, email legal@verastudio.ai.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or legitimate recordkeeping. Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have additional privacy rights or the right to contact a data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

We will post revisions on this page and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide a notice on the website or another appropriate notice where required by law.
